HR Coordinator Role in Wellington

Your new role

As part of your role, you’ll oversee the seamless operation of this organisation’s systems, services, and processes, ensuring they support employee well-being, health, safety, performance, recruitment, and more.
Additionally, you’ll manage peoples data, handle monthly reporting, and provide administrative support to both the People and Culture team and the wider team.

What youll need to succeed

• Experience in HR Coordination or HR Administration

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A strong customer service focus
• Highly organised and with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Microsoft Office Excel and Word skills
