The Company

My client is a listed leader in the Healthcare industry, seeing immense growth in recent years. A reputable name with nationwide reach, offering premium service to their clients. Based in a fantastic modern office in the CBD offering up to 2 days WFH once up to speed.

The Role

In this role you will report directly into the Payroll Manager as part of a team of 7. A collaborative team that relies on effective communication and teamwork, looking for a seasoned Payroll Officer to add value to the business.

Day to Day Duties

• Process and pay fortnightly payrolls whilst adhering to legislation and policies
• Ensure accuracy through thorough approval process
• Full ownership of portfolio i.e. starters, leavers, ad hoc changes
• Assist with training new staff as required
• Point of contact for staff payroll queries

What we are looking for:

• 5-6 years Payroll experience
• Understanding of Holidays Act and legislations
• Ideally PayGlobal but open to large payroll systems experience
• Team player
• Effective communication
• Personable nature
