Temporary P&C coordinator needed for an exciting assignment! Your new company
Our client is a family owned industry leading civil construction company. They are passionate about creating communities of the future and supporting their Whānau the best they can.
Your new role

• Support the P&C team with onboarding & offboarding of staff
• Maintain our employee records and HRIS system
• Draft paperwork & correspondence
• Support with recruitment initiatives & the wider P&C operations.

What youll need to succeed

• A year or two of P&C/HR admin experience is preferred, or other relevant administration experience
• Attention to detail – accuracy with data & the ability to spot errors in correspondence is very important
• A basic knowledge of NZ employment legislation
• A relevant tertiary qualification is a bonus
• Great communication skills, both verbal & written, including a high proficiency with professional writing
• A sense of humour.
