The role as a Sales Consultant at ChangeGroup and Prosegur Change means a stimulating everyday life where no two days are the same. As an employee in one or more of our branches, you work actively together with your team, which is characterized by joy, interaction, and business acumen - always with a high-class customer focus.

Your duties vary but primarily include:

  • Work in the cashier line, mediating our main services: sale and purchase of currency
  • Continuous work against money laundering and training in current regulations and procedures
  • Management of administrative tasks to support and follow up our sales
  • Participation in sales activities and marketing projects

We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:

  • You thrive in active customer meetings and constantly want to exceed the customers expectations,
  • You are a driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, managing different customer profiles and working towards set goals,
  • You are results-driven and service-oriented and, just like your colleagues, always want to deliver the best possible service for the highest possible profitability,
  • You are a flexible employee who can work in several of our branches, if necessary,
  • You are responsible and have an eye for detail, and complete your tasks with great accuracy and in good time according to deadlines,
  • You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others,
  • Some computer knowledge, mainly in Microsoft Office suits,
  • Have customer service experience or worked/work in sales activities today,
  • You are fluent in English, your fluency in other languages would be advantageous.
